Free Shipping
If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised before taxes, you qualify for free shipping. Please select the "Free Shipping" option at checkout. This offer is valid for orders being shipped within Canada and is not applicable for International orders. The free shipping method will either ship via Canada Post or FedEx with shipping speeds ranging from 1 to 20 business days. These shipping speeds are estimates and are not guaranteed. Free shipping options are not available for international orders, pro, team, retail, & group sales. Howies reserves the right to withhold free shipping as it sees fit. Free shipping may not be valid when, but not limited to, orders over certain weights and shipping to rural areas.
Shipping Options
You can select shipping options during our checkout process. We have different options for shipping in Canada, ranging from FedEx Ground to Canada Post. FedEx Ground has an estimated delivery time of 1 to 10 business days, and Canada Post has an estimated delivery time of 1 to 14 business days. All shipping speeds are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Canada - FedEx Ground Shipping
Orders begin processing immediately and typically ship the same or next business day from Burlington, Ontario. Shipping speeds range from 2 to 10 business days. Confirmation emails will be sent directly following an order and it will update with a tracking number. If you chose the FedEx Ground shipping option, below is a map estimating how long shipping will take based on where your delivery address is. Please note that this is an estimation and is not guaranteed. If you are on a strict deadline, we recommend FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-Day.

Canada Post Shipping
All Canada Post orders are fulfilled within the same day or the next business day. However, Canada Post shipping speeds are increased to about 1 to 14 business days. It is also important to note that there are no tracking updates available for Canada Post orders with the selected shipping method of bubble mailing.
When Will My Order Ship?
We are dedicated to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner. At Howies, we ship all orders either the same day or the next business day from when the order has been placed.
When Will I Receive My Order?
When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will provide you with estimated delivery dates. Once the order has been completed and fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number that will also contain tracking information and other shipping updates.
Can I Change The Shipping Address on my Order?
